Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions with Velora Biolabs LLC (“Velora Biolabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, you should not use this website or purchase products from Velora Biolabs.

Research Use Only (RUO)

All products supplied by Velora Biolabs are designated Research Use Only (RUO) and are intended solely for laboratory, analytical, or scientific research purposes.

Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease.

No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

Velora Biolabs does not make any medical, therapeutic, or health-related claims regarding its products. Any technical descriptions or product information provided are for reference and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical or clinical guidance.

Purchaser Responsibility

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, handling, storage, use, and disposal of laboratory reference materials.

Velora Biolabs assumes no responsibility for improper use or handling of its products.

Eligibility and Authorized Use

Products are supplied to purchasers who represent that they are authorized to acquire and use laboratory research materials in their jurisdiction. By placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you affirm that the products will be used only for legitimate laboratory or research purposes consistent with these Terms.

Orders, Availability, and Fulfillment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Velora Biolabs reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse, non-compliance with these Terms, or regulatory concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velora Biolabs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.

In no event shall Velora Biolabs’ total liability exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

This website and the Services contain material owned by or licensed to Velora Biolabs LLC (“Velora Biolabs”). To the extent protectable under applicable law, Velora Biolabs LLC owns or licenses all right, title, and interest in and to its original: website copy and product-page text; research summaries and explanatory writing; documentation and documentation architecture, including the presentation and organization of Velora’s product scientific documentation; graphics and diagrams; photography owned or licensed by Velora; original visual presentation, page layouts, and design elements; the protectable compilation, selection, coordination, and arrangement of site content; software, custom theme code, and scripts owned by or licensed to Velora Biolabs; databases and data organization, to the extent protectable; and Velora branding, logos, and other proprietary materials (collectively, “Velora Content”).

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms or by prior written permission of Velora Biolabs LLC, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create substantially copied derivative works from Velora Content; systematically download or archive Velora Content; extract or reuse Velora’s proprietary compilations or arrangements; or remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice appearing on or in Velora Content. Reasonable personal, non-commercial viewing and lawful uses that cannot legally be restricted (including fair use) are not prohibited by this section.

Scientific Facts and Third-Party Materials

Velora Biolabs LLC claims rights only in its original expression, selection, arrangement, summaries, graphics, software, and presentation. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of, or restricts the lawful use of: underlying public scientific facts; CAS Registry Numbers; molecular formulas; molecular weights; peptide or protein sequences as factual molecular identities; publication titles, citations, and bibliographic metadata; third-party scientific publications; government or public-domain materials; manufacturer Certificates of Analysis; independent-laboratory Certificates of Analysis or reports; third-party trademarks; or any other third-party material displayed on or linked from the Services. Such third-party and factual materials remain the property of their respective owners or the public domain, and are displayed for research reference.

Automated Access and Data Extraction

Ordinary search-engine crawling and indexing of the Services for the purpose of directing users to the Services is permitted. Except with the prior written permission of Velora Biolabs LLC, you may not use automated means (including scrapers, bots, or harvesting tools) to: extract or download Velora Content systematically or in substantial part; republish or mirror Velora product pages or documentation; build or populate a competing commercial website, catalog, or content database using Velora Content; or use substantial portions of Velora-authored proprietary content to train or fine-tune a machine-learning or artificial-intelligence system offered as, or used to build, a competing commercial product or service. This section does not restrict uses of the factual and third-party materials described in the Scientific Facts and Third-Party Materials section, and does not restrict lawful uses that cannot legally be limited by contract.

Trademarks

“Velora Biolabs,” the Velora Biolabs logo, and associated brand identifiers may constitute trademarks, service marks, or trade dress of Velora Biolabs LLC, whether registered or unregistered, to the extent protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms grants any license or right to use those identifiers except with prior written authorization or as otherwise permitted by law. All third-party names, marks, and logos appearing on the Services are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

IP Inquiries and Complaints

To report suspected unauthorized copying of Velora Content, submit a copyright complaint, or make intellectual-property inquiries, contact Velora Biolabs LLC at contact@velorabiolabs.com.

Changes to Terms

Velora Biolabs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
