Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Velora Biolabs, LLC (“Velora Biolabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Due to the specialized nature of laboratory reference materials, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped.

Refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of shipping damage, fulfillment errors, or defective materials, provided that notice is received within 5 days of delivery.

Returned materials must be unopened and in their original packaging. Velora Biolabs reserves the right to request documentation supporting any refund or replacement request.

This policy applies exclusively to Research Use Only (RUO) laboratory reference materials. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use.
