Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Velora Biolabs, LLC (“Velora Biolabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Shipping of Laboratory Reference Materials

Velora Biolabs ships Research Use Only (RUO) laboratory reference materials to addresses within the United States and select international destinations, subject to applicable laws and carrier requirements.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipment timing may vary based on order volume, destination, and carrier availability.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping methods and carriers are selected at checkout or determined based on destination and material handling requirements. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Velora Biolabs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Velora Biolabs is not responsible for shipments delayed or misdirected due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import requirements imposed by the destination country. Any such fees or requirements are the responsibility of the recipient.

Velora Biolabs does not guarantee delivery timelines for international orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify Velora Biolabs within 5 days of delivery. Documentation, such as photographs of the package and contents, may be required to evaluate replacement or refund requests.
